Do I need an account to book?
No. Use the booking form above as a guest, then confirm the details with our team on WhatsApp — no password or sign-up required.
Why does the fare change from day to day?
Fares move a little with demand and how far ahead you book. Booking 14 or more days before travel applies the advance saver shown in the booking form.
How do I pay?
Once your seat is confirmed on WhatsApp, our team sends an M-Pesa till number for payment and a reference for your ticket.
How do I get my ticket?
Your WhatsApp confirmation message is your ticket — show it at the terminal counter along with your name and seat number.
How early should I arrive?
Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure to confirm your seat at the counter, or 45 minutes for cross-border routes.
What luggage is allowed?
One item in the hold plus a carry-on per passenger is included. Extra or oversized luggage can be arranged for a small fee at check-in.
Can I change my travel date?
Yes — message the WhatsApp booking desk with your reference at least a few hours before departure to move your seat to another date.
